Website information and rates are an invitation to discuss and not a binding offer. An assignment starts only after written confirmation.
Rates
Stated amounts exclude 21% VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Third-party costs and work outside the agreed scope are discussed in advance where reasonably possible.
Owner responsibilities
The owner provides correct information, required permission and safe access and remains responsible for decisions outside the written management authority.
Performance and third parties
Genesis performs services with care and may propose or engage specialists under the agreed arrangements.
Cancellation and complaints
The displayed monthly packages have a one-month notice period unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
